Meet Melanie
Melanie Meehan, the founder and head instructor of The Writing Clinic, has inspired young writers to find their voices since she started her teaching career over thirty years ago.
A trusted leader in literacy, Melanie has written several books on writing instruction, consults with school districts across North America, and co-hosts the popular “Two Writing Teachers” podcast.
With certifications in Special Education, Educational Leadership, and a Master’s of Creative Writing, Melanie brings a wealth of expertise, creativity, and enthusiasm to every session.
